The path to ORSC Certification

Become a world class relationship systems specialist and join an elite community of uniquely qualified practitioners.

Following your completion of the five modules, certification moves the ORSC material out of the introductory level, to mastery and practical application. It’s a comprehensive eight-month journey designed to produce the best relationship systems specialists in the world. Certification is delivered virtually by CRR Global.

The ORSC certification process entails:

  • 2 semesters (4 months each) of practice and online study (with a 3 week break)
  • ‘Skill Drills’: 90-minute calls in which to study an ORSC skill or tool in-depth
  • 17 Hours of supervision (group and individual)
  • Colleague calls: frequent triads with fellow students to discuss material and create community
  • World Work Project: to apply ORSC materials in the real world and develop yourself as a change agent
  • 100 hours of coaching (allowed one year to complete)
  • 3 days of in person residential training with your cohort held in USA

Some of the benefits of attaining ORSC certification include:

Increase your credibility in the ever-more-demanding professional field of coaching.

Join an elite community of uniquely qualified practitioners, sharing experiences from the field.

Apply for faculty positions at CRR Global.

Create a marketing edge.  Faculty consistently report experiencing an uplift in volume and value of clients after achieving certification.

Personal growth.  Emotional and social intelligence is a natural side effect of continuing ORSC study.

World Work.  Directly apply the ORSC model to an area in your personal or professional life where you passionately desire change to come about.  Use the project to help you create programs, open niches, or improve your personal relationships.

Testimonials

Anyone interested in deepening their ability to work with groups, teams and organisations, focussing on their inter-relational dynamics and the impact of these on the work they are trying to do, [the course] provides an excellent insight into one’s own impact on any group system you enter and the skills to be intentional about how you use this, as well as what is present between people to add value to the work you are doing.

Louise Close

I would recommend this course for Organisation Development specialists working with a high degree of change in an organisation or coaches with an interest in developing their work with teams.

Abi Marchant

For anyone who is curious about how to move beyond their understanding of their personal, emotional intelligence or individual coaching abilities, into the world of team coaching and relationship intelligence. Managing a group of people with a common goal will be made more effective with this course.

Darren Pearce

For everyone who wants to understand and be more successful when working with relationship systems. It is rich in tools and skills with lots of practical exercises and real life examples. The time flew by.

Maja Stanic Bibic

Do you want to become a more collaborative leader? Do you want to rebuild the full potential of your team? If you do, this course will exceed your expectations!

Mark Mercer

I would recommend this course leaders who are interested in working with relationships and teams, and coaches who are curious about extending their skills to work with relationships and teams.

Tracy Bertran

ORS@Work opened my eyes to a new dimension in approaching the relationship between teams. This will help me driving change at work, especially as so much is changing as a result of digital technology.
