• Adrian Pancucci

    Adrian combines over 20 years of experience in communications, adult learning and team and organisational development. He creates and facilitates change and development programmes for executives, senior managers and leadership teams, as well as organisation-wide culture change and development initiatives.

    Based in London and Paris, and working internationally, Adrian has been consulting since 1999. Between 1993 and 1999 he managed and developed the media and public relations function for a non-profit. Operating initially as a communications consultant, he established his own consultancy in 2002.

    Recent clients have included a multinational electronics and electrical engineering conglomerate, a funding institution owned by EU member states, a global shipping services company, and a multinational telecoms provider.

  • Judy van Zon

    Judy's work as a professional coach is based on over 20 years living and working throughout the world. Her experience and training enables her to understand the issues in life, executive and team coaching.

    She is professional coach accredited by the ICF, since 2008, and Co-Active Coach certified by the Coaches Training Institute in California, USA. She has a Masters in Business Administration.

    Judy has worked in marketing, sales and promotion, for fast-moving consumer goods and in an international business environment.

  • Lori Shook

    Lori is a renowned practice leader, coach, trainer, author and speaker. She’s been a certified professional coach since 1997, and has held the prestigious designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC), from the International Coach Federation, since 2001. She’s a faculty member for three global coach training organisations and has trained thousands of new coaches in a variety of settings.

    Lori has designed a number of coaching programmes, including CRR Global’s own Alchemy course. She has worked in 17 different countries, from North America and Europe, to the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and has coached a variety of clients, including consultants, small business owners, engineers, managers, and executives. Lori’s past clients have included IBM, Siemens, Cap Gemini, Prudential, and Dubai Holdings.

  • Obi James

    Obi was born in Germany and grew up in Nigeria and Finland. She originally moved to London to study physiology, at University College London, where she fell in love with psychology and neuroscience.

    She went on to spend over a decade working in various people development roles, and leading various change programmes for large multinational corporations, mostly in financial services.

    Driven by the question, "How can I help leaders get the most out of their people?" Obi quit her corporate career to re-train as an Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach, setting up her own consultancy, OBJ Coaching.

  • Ozlem Berber

    Ozlem's business background includes being a Managing Director of Publicis Graphics, one of the world's leading advertising agencies, from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that she worked as a strategic planner and client relationship expert for marketing communications, for over 15 years, and took on managerial Responsibilities in various local and global advertising agencies.

    Ozlem's coaching practice is based on co-active principles and the ORSC systems coaching methodology. Since 2007, she has worked as an executive, team and relationship leader, in the development of a range of industries, including Turkish Airlines, HP, Ericsson, eBay, Societe Generale, Deloitte, BASF, Bunge, Ogilvy, Abbvie and PerkinElmer.

    She is a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles.

     

  • Suncica Getter

    With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, Suncica has worked with clients across the globe, focusing on personal relationships and family goals, as well as work and leadership development.

    Suncica frequently works with individuals and teams focusing on leadership development and culture change. She believes the ORSC model inspires and equips people to be conscious and intentional in their relationships. Suncica’s clients have included Accenture, Serbian Local Government (Kragujevac City Assembly), Homes for Haringay, X-Mobility, and Aviva.

    Prior to becoming a coach, Suncica worked as an English language teacher, English and American Literature lecturer, and as a translator and interpreter. Her career in teaching helped to develop her mentoring skills and deepen her understanding of the learning process, as well as her ability to plan and deliver learning programmes.
