General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and business practices with Radial Change Ltd, which is the trading entity for CRR UK.
You may pay by bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard. Your signature on the Registration Request Form, online purchase, or approval of payment by email, will authorise Radial Change Ltd (acting as CRR UK) to immediately charge your credit card. Please do not share credit card details with us by email. Balances due will be automatically charged 30 days prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If you are a resident of UK VAT is applicable to all courses (virtual & in-person). For participants outside of UK – no VAT is applicable on virtual courses – however in person courses are subject to VAT charged by the host country. In the case of UK VAT is at 20%.
Once payment has been processed you will receive email notification of your enrolment status. If the course requested is not available, CRR UK will contact you to discuss other options.
Enrolment is dependent on receipt of funds for both the deposit and balance due. CRR UK will notify you if there are insufficient funds. If you do not respond within 48 hours of notification, the space held for you on the course will be released.
You have a right to cancel your enrolment (and potentially receive a refund) if you provide notice in writing to info@crruk.com.
Notices of cancellation, withdrawal or transfer will be acknowledged in writing within ten business days of the notification. If you do not attend a course on which you are registered, you will forfeit the entire fee.
You have the right to transfer your enrolment to another course twice within six months without any fees, provided we receive notification at least 60 days prior to the start of the course. There is however a 10% transfer fee charged for changes between 60-30 days prior to the start of the course.
If you wish to transfer 30 days or more from the start of the course date, a 10% transfer fee will be applicable to the fee paid.
You will be charged 10% every time you reschedule a course. The course you’re rescheduling to must be within 6 months of your original course date.
If you later decide to cancel your rescheduled course, you will forfeit the entire course fee if you do not request a refund minus the transfer fee within that 6-month period.
In the event that CRR UK has to reschedule a course, we will refund any rescheduled courses that you’re unable to attend. We will always give a minimum of 10 days’ notice when rescheduling a course.
Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Fees
If you’re no longer able to attend the course, you must let us know in writing within 60 days of the start date to be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel between 60 – 30 days before the start date of the course, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
If you cancel between 30 – 10 days before the course, you are eligible for a 15% refund.
Any cancelations or changes including transferring within 10 days of the start date of the course are not eligible for a refund and the full cost of the course will be charged.
Refunds are processed once a month, on the 10th of each month. Refunds will be credited against the payment method used at the time of purchase. Written notification to cancel a course must be received and refunds are subject to review and approval.
CRR UK isn’t responsible for any costs incurred due to travel disruptions up to 7 days prior to the start date of the course. Any costs incurred within 7 days of the star date of the course will be reviewed case by case and any compensation is subject to review.
CRR UK reserves the right to refuse student participation in the program. In addition, CRR UK reserves the right to remove from a program any student who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment.
Students may also be denied attendance for non-payment. Being asked not to participate in, or being removed from the program, as well as voluntarily choosing to leave the program is considered a withdrawal and will be handled as directed by the withdrawal policies.

We share your name and contact details with CRR Global, under the terms of our mutual agreement. As an ICF accredited course, CRR Global shares the names and locations of individuals who certify with the ICF, as well as the training hours and date of completion.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may use your information, including but not limited to your browsing history, preferences, and interactions with our platform, for the purpose of improving our advertising audiences. This may involve creating custom audience segments for targeted advertising campaigns.
Rest assured that we handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, ensuring your privacy and data security. You may opt out of this data usage for advertising purposes by adjusting your privacy settings or contacting us directly.
