Alexsandra Lantigua
For more than fifteen years Alexsandra has focused on creating powerful systems that empower the awakening of strong, focused leadership. Alexsandra is particularly interested in leaders that stand for change, give back to their communities, and that positively impact culture and society through their work. She stands for leadership that creates a new reality for the future of our world.
Alexsandra is a faculty at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) where she leads as a trainer, supervisor, and certification program leader and examiner. As a coach, Alexsandra taps into Systems Intelligence and works with individuals, teams, and partners both domestically and internationally. She has worked all over Europe, South Africa, Asia, Latin America, and North America.
Alexsandra is a trainer, supervisor, and certification cohort leader for the Center For Right Relationship (CRR Global). She is also a faculty member of St. Kate’s University where she leads seminars for the Leaders of the New Millennium and serves as an executive coach and trainer. Additionally, Alexsandra is a guide and trainer for the Evocative Leadership Mastery Program where she uses eight different forms of intelligence—all based on ancient pre-Mayan teachings—to evoke people’s presence, innovation, and responses.
Other areas of Alexsandra’s work include consulting, speaking, guiding group wilderness experiences, and leading international group trips to sacred places such as the Peruvian and Mexican jungles. -
Arzum Akduran Köseoglu
During her professional managerial life of more then 10 years, she held different roles in marketing, operations, customer relationship management, quality improvement and employee development, mostly in leisure and hospitality sectors.
Arzum, passionate about organizational development, decided to work and grow in this area, and focused on her organizational dynamics and behavioural sciences studies.
She founded her company; “luma” (light in esperanto), to deliver organizational consultancy services in the beginning of 2004, focusing especially on “brand delivery” and “organizational performance development” projects.
Arzum works as an executive, leadership development, team and relationship systems coach, mostly in corporate environment, in such as; banking and finance, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, technology, construction, consumer goods, leisure, etc... and some NGO’s specializing in education and environement. She also designs and facilitates experiential workshops on leadership, management, relationships, team efficiency, personal development and like. -
Chris Howell
Chris is an executive coach specialising in team dynamics and leading organisation change. With over 35 years of supporting organisation and individual change, he connects with his clients’ highest priorities, creating deep sustained transformation through to achievement of their desired outcomes.
Chris worked for 20 years in the Information Technology sector as a Business Analyst, Systems Designer and Project Manager. He has also consulted on successful organisation changes across a wide range of industries including finance, manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, government, non-profit and Top 100 global corporates.
He has a scientific background in Psychology, NLP and Organisation Development. His specialist research area is the influence of leaders in alignment on vision and values. He is certified as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), an NLP Trainer, and is an ICF accredited PCC. He is also known for his speaking skills as a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and speaking at conferences.
Chris now facilitates change leadership training, and coaches teams and leaders for international corporates. He is very passionate about what ORSC can contribute to supporting teams and organisations through change.

Daphne Taylor
Daphne specializes in senior team and board coaching, and has a track record of success working with teams and individuals in the UK and internationally over the past 12 years.
Acting as an agent for powerful and sustainable change, her work provides a positive impact on bottom line results, organisational culture and personal fulfillment. Her natural people skills combined with sharp business acumen create an environment for courageous conversations that allow individuals and teams to develop and flourish in both increased performance and greater positivity.
A Chartered Accountant with over 16 years experience, she has extensive experience as a board member including as Company Secretary of a public company and Group Treasurer for an International Luxury Goods Brand. She is also a faculty member of CRR Global and supervises team coaches in training and trains coaches to work with teams and group dynamics to enhance emotional intelligence in organizations.
As a Team Coach, Daphne has worked with a range of boards and teams, in both public and private sector including: Readers Digest Association, Yell, Unilever, GSK – Pharma, Redbridge Primary Care Trust, and the Bradford Metropolitan District Council. -

Duncan Müller
Duncan specializes in Team Coaching and Leadership Coaching, and is delighted to be a FORL with CRR.
His purpose is to unlock the potential of teams and leaders so they can create the world they imagine. Whether it’s developing creative, intelligent, high-performing teams or compassionate and courageous leaders fit for these volatile times, he loves this work.
Specializing in the corporate space, he works across various sectors including financial services, creative industries, marketing and media, IT – even HM Prisons – both face-to-face and virtually too.
Duncan thrives taking this work out further into the world by training others in the specialist Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and also in in one-to-one coaching skills (Coaching for Performance).
Before becoming a Coach, he spent more than 20 years in the creative and marketing industries, on global, European and UK senior client services roles. He’s experienced leadership (good and bad) and led many teams across numerous organizations.
Duncan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Certified Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
He has trained at some of the world’s leading coaching schools, such as the Centre for Right Relationship, Team Coaching International, Coaches Training Institute, The Leadership Circle and the Firework Coaching Company. In addition, he holds a BA in Fine Art, various marketing qualifications, and an MBA.

Frank Uit de Weerd
Frank is an organizational psychologist and executive/team/systems coach with extensive experience in leadership development, business innovation and cultural transformation. He builds on more than 25 years of international experience in Human Resources with Royal Dutch Shell, where he held assignments in Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, UK), Africa (Gabon) and Asia (Malaysia).
Frank graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and also holds a BSc in Political Science. He is a certified in ORSC (ORSCC) and Co-Active Coaching (CPCC) and is accredited by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). -

Judy van Zon
Judy's work as a professional coach is based on over 20 years living and working throughout the world. Her experience and training enables her to understand the issues in life, executive and team coaching.
She is professional coach accredited by the ICF, since 2008, and Co-Active Coach certified by the Coaches Training Institute in California, USA. She has a Masters in Business Administration.
Judy has worked in marketing, sales and promotion, for fast-moving consumer goods and in an international business environment.
