For more than fifteen years Alexsandra has focused on creating powerful systems that empower the awakening of strong, focused leadership. Alexsandra is particularly interested in leaders that stand for change, give back to their communities, and that positively impact culture and society through their work. She stands for leadership that creates a new reality for the future of our world.
Alexsandra is a faculty at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) where she leads as a trainer, supervisor, and certification program leader and examiner.
